Full premium coverage (medical and drug benefits) provided by SAI for individual heath care with an HMO. Employees may elect to upgrade coverage by sharing the additional cost with SAI. This Benefit begins the first day of the first full month following five days of employment.
DENTAL INSURANCE
Coverage, paid in-full by SAI, for all levels of coverage—employee only, employee & spouse, employee, & child(ren), and family. This benefit begins the first day of the first full month of employment.
SHORT TERM & LONG TERM DISABLITY AND LIFE INSURANCE
Full coverage provided by SAI for employees for short and long term disability as well as life insurance.
RETIREMENT
Savings Incentive Match Plan for Employees (SIMPLE IRA) allows employee salary reduction contributions. SAI provides a matching contribution up to 3% of employee annual compensation.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
Tuition reimbursement up to $1000 per semester is provided for pre-approved job related classes.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
$2,500 bonus for an employee referral that results in employment with SAI for 30 days.
